ALICIA LE GRANGE
Alicia Le Grange is a counselling psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.
She holds a BSc in Health Sciences, an Honours BSc in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology,
all from North-West University (NWU).
After completing her internship at the Institute for Psychology and Wellbeing, she worked at NWU’s Student Counselling and Development, providing psychotherapy and psycho-educational workshops.
Since 2022, Alicia has been a full-time lecturer in psychology at NWU while maintaining a part-time private practice. She works with clients of all ages, using schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal development.
